All of our products are covered by at least a two-year manufacturer’s warranty from the date of purchase. You can extend this limited warranty by 6 months by registering your product. All of our ultra-strength cables are covered by a limited lifetime warranty, activated by registering your product. These warranties protect you from any manufacturing defects, and all functional aspects of the product under normal use conditions.
We have a 14-day “remorse returns” policy, where customers of our online store can return any item to us in its original condition for a refund, within 14 days of delivery. Only items purchased directly from Native Union’s online store will be accepted.
For products purchased from authorized resellers (including Amazon), please get in touch with them directly for returns. Non-returnable items include items purchased through resellers, and damaged products through customer mishandling. Returned items must be in original packaging, free of any damage, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation.
In some cases, you may be required to include a video or photo to illustrate the issue in order to receive a replacement. We may request for your order to be returned to one of our global warehouses, including, but not limited to, warehouses in Hong Kong and the United States. Returns made without a receipt or proof or purchase may be refused – Native Union reserves the right to deny any return.
Please note, for remorse returns, you will get a refund for your order, but you will be liable for all shipping expenses. If you would like to return your product with the above in mind, please go to our Remorse Returns page to submit a request.
Yes, we stand by our commitment to make premium products that stand the test of time. Genuine leather not only lasts longer than alternatives, but also adds a tactile feel to everyday interactions with the product.
In order to maintain a quick turnaround on order processing and shipping, we automate as much of the order fulfillment process as possible. Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or amended.
Any unwanted items after your order has been placed must be returned for a refund by following our Product Returns process. Please note that the cost of this return has to be paid by the customer, unless the item is faulty.
